The history is unique, but substandard decor.. definitely outdated. I will say that the staff was accommodating and prompt.. considering the surroundings, that was a plus!

The staff was nice. The place is old so it looks old and smells old. It wasn’t dirty, just old. The beds were comfortable enough. They could use new pillows. The worst was the Main Street to the place is under construction so it was hard to figure out how to get in. The elevators are a little scary,but, again the place is old.

The property had been condemned by the city one week before my reservation. Gas leaks, plumbing burst, black mold. Two people at the desk explained this to me. I texted with an Expedia employee to make sure I wouldn’t have any charges for a place that was condemned. I should have been notified.

Concert weekend

TV didn't work. Reported it on the first day of stay. Still wasn't resolved when I checked out. Couldn't find any way of controlling the temp. Mgt was unwilling or on able to adjust bill. Was able to speak with mgt the night before I checked out. He was in the bar. They did have a really good quality tp though. Really close to Wes Banco Arena

There was no security cameras in the garage and entryway into the back hallway to the rooms. The garage was also extremely broken up and rough to drive through. The room did not seem clean and the bathroom floor was dirty. There was no lock on the bedroom window and no lights or lamps in the bedroom

This place should probably be condemned. The entire place is in poor condition. Our room was hardly cleaned, there were used wash cloths left in the shower, we had no toilet paper in our room and they had NO ICE MACHINE. That last part wasn’t mentioned to me until I wandered to the front desk with an empty ice bucket. Thats ok though, a few blocks away there’s a 7-11 littered with crack heads you can buy a bag.

First it is advertised as Ramada by Windham. It is not. The room was disgusting, and I am not a picky person. There were no drawers in the dresser, there was a bug in the bed, there was a pill on the floor along with other garbage, the sheets were dirty(Seriously not clean and wrinkled from the previous guests), no towels in the bath room. I am not making this up. We could not stay there and there were others at the front desk with similar stories. The front desk clerk was appologetic.

Do not book through Expedia! The hotel WILL NOT have your reservation if you do. This is what we ran into. You have to book it directly through the hotel. Expedia also has a false description of the property. They do not have a casino, or pool, or breakfast. The room had no heat, tv didn't work and the phone didn't work. The room was large, old but clean. The city is doing major constiction on the streets in front of the hotel so many roads are closed and almost all the businesses are closed as well.

There were NO towels, wash clothes, or soap in the room. The room was 80 degrees with the heat OFF and no way to open the windows. The "free" covered parking was in an abandoned public parking garage 2 blocks from hotel. There was NO free breakfast as indicated on website - just luke warm coffee. Had to sign a statement promising NOT to bring drugs or prostitutes to your room! Front desk claimed to never have received my Expedia reservation, but luckily? they had a room available.
