"The first room that we went to was not clean properly had smelly old food from the last person who stayed there in the closet. The second room was better, but the sofa had a stain on it. There was spider living on the ceiling with babies. The staff was nice. The fact that we had to pay $10 just to park in their parking lot after paying over $200 for the hotel room is crazy."

"Parking of $25/day was unannounced and confusing with the little entry/exit gates. I hesitated to go in and out because the garage access/exit was so bad. there were hardly no amenities, refrigerator, micro-wave, etc."

"The elevator was broken. The room was clean but smelled somewhat like stale cigarette smoke. At least the window could be opened, though it didn't seem to help much. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk for 10 minutes. My call to the property went unanswered. There was not a drop box for keys either. Another couple came to check out, too. They ended up writing a note and leaving it with their keys."
