The cabin was great. Check in was good despite so many people checking in at the same time. Shouldn't have to go inside the store to get a towel. The Reception employees can do this to save time.

Very friendly and helpful staff made or stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Room comfortable and their organised systems made life easy. Helped with extras like a spade and towel for the hot water beach and discounts and suggestions for outings. Loved it all.
