"The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant clean and service excellent and the food great quality. I’d like to say thank you to the staff. Everyone we encountered were polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The South African Barman was amazing. Definitely recommend a stay here even if only for one night."

"The air conditioning worked well both in our room albeit it was a little noisy. This was much appreciated in the current heatwave. The rest of the hotel was pleasantly cool too. Breakfast was good value although a choice of type of egg would have been nice. There was some fresh fruit and a good choice of bread. We ate in one evening and enjoyed our curries. The staff were all very pleasant. Recommended for a short stay."

"Hotel ideally situated just off the A12. But there is no road noise that disturbed our sleep. Room was nice and clean well stocked with tea and coffee, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron. Breakfast was very good and kept us topped up for most of the day. Although we didn't eat in the hotel, the menu had enough variety and was decently priced. Bar had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and not too badly priced. My only complaint would be that the towels in our room were a bit threadbare. Overall a nice stay and would use the hotel again if we are in the area."

"The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and worked so hard. The girl at charcoal in was so helpful about the airport shuttle and holding our bags while we returned the hire car. Sadly, the restaurant and bar staff were very frustrated, as were we, because there were no were near enough of them for the volume of guests using those facilities. They were the same staff who were working different positions earlier in the day. The food was great, but not worth the wait. At the end of a long travel day waiting an hour for your meal and eating it without a drink because the staff just couldn't keep up was a big disappointment. Maybe something had happened to cause them to be so short staffed that day, but as this was are only visit it was out only experience."
