"I stayed in room 1209. The staff were very lovely and welcoming. They helped me when I was having a bit of a panic when trying to find the hotel. Then I ended up forgetting what carpark I left the car in so a lovely man who had been working at your hotel for 3 years, wearing glasses who came over from Nepal for work walked me around and helped me locate my car! The room was spotless, well set up and the facilities you had to offer were great. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Auckland. The staff would always say hello when I walked through the main floor, the cleaners were kind and everyone was so helpful if I needed to ask any questions. "Beautifully clean and tidy. Right below the Skytower which looked amazimng at night. Nice big bath to relax in after walking all day. Stay were so friendly and accommodating even getting me in to the room early. Restaurant staff were also great! "

Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself. "
