"I was pleasantly surprised. The stay was great. The bathtub is old, which is my only complaint. I needed an early shuttle (4am), which you can pre-order and it is $15. I had a $20, the driver didn't think to ask if I wanted change. I let it slide, it was going to be a long day!"

Every staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming, which really made the arrival experience smooth after a long trip. One of the biggest highlights was how convenient their shuttle service is — they picked us up from the airport quickly, and it made getting settled into the hotel completely stress-free.
