"Very nice and comfortable quiet would stay there again our room was on the 6 floor so very quiet for us. We had families on 3 rd said was very loud with drunk people. Room was very big. Only down fall is ni microwave in room had to go downstairs. Also didn't know we had to pay for parking so that was money unexpected for the price we paid to stay. Other then that ok stay"

We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious.
