"The hotel was clean, however the room we were in 127 really smelled bad. Horrible funky stinky smell in the carpeting. Housekeeping did come and spray disinfectant air freshener. It only masked the smell, made it a little better. Something major neds done to that room"

"The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. We found multiple cockroaches throughout the room, which was completely unacceptable. The towels were stained, old, and did not appear clean. Overall, the room felt very unhygienic, and the condition of the property was far below its rating. ..."
