"A little noisy at night with a bar behind the hotel"

"Dated room which requires a remodeling. Pictures taken probably 15 years ago when the room was last time refreshed. They charge £8 for parking too "

It was a €12 Euro ride from Wilhemshöhoe Bahnhof, which is not bad. Great if you want to spend a night in Kassel. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, once I was actually given a room that had been made up and not used. The bathrooms are in a dire need of an upgrade, the showers are tiny, and should be thermostatic, as it went from boiling hot to freezing in seconds."

Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking. "
