"The room was clean nice big beds a lounge chair and its super spacious comes with a mini fridge and microwave. They are pet friendly and only charge either $20 or $25 per pet for the stay cant remember which. But still not bad. I paid for a week. Fresh towels. Its very quiet and has a great mountain side view :) definitely one of my favorite places in fraizer to stay at. There's a restaurants and stores within walking distance as well."

"Very cute with a nice pool and great view of the mountains in the background. Well maintained property. The rooms are a little outdated and the wall unit shook every time we walked by, but the staff was friendly and everything was clean."

"Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". I could see from the parking that many mountain side rooms are available ! The motel is right on the 5 freeway. The noise is much less on the mountain side. Noise is the main issue with this motel. But other than this, it is a nice motel with decent rooms. Breakfast is simple without any hot food. Plenty of parking is available . Many good restaurants within 4 miles at Tijon Factory Outlets"
