"Hotel is great but a little tired. Sofa that could either be repaired or replaced in general for things looks touch shabby but still a good study"

"Great visit. The only thing was the elevators were broken in the parking garage. So you had to carry you luggage if you selfed parked. Luckily we did not have much , only stayed one night. But if the front desk would have told us we probably would have paid $10 more for valet. Also the ice Machine on our flood was broken but we had an ice chest so did not have to make to many trips. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, room was clean and big. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay there again. "

"Great location close to Galleria mall. Very well maintained hotel. Great staff, quick check-in. Fast elevator, easy self- or valet parking at a convenient rate. Bar, restaurant on site but plenty of dining options outside the hotel. Great price, too. I fully recommend it."

"Staff was the best, got to check in early for free… My stay was a 10/10 I will be returning in a couple months! Only thing I will say is that it’s a $100 incidental fee for every night you stay… I think that’s really high but you get to use it for room service and stuff… pool and spa 10/10 the gym had so many things everything was just perfect! Highly recommend staying there"

"The Omni was an excellent hotel. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all smiles and super helpful. My wife raved about her massage at the Spa. I enjoyed a quiet drink at the Whiskey bar. 10 out of 10 all the way around "
