"I had an overall wonderful experience! The cleaning staff did a very good job in cleaning the room which is always a plus. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and well mannered, but the staff in charge of breakfast was simply outstanding! They truly went above and beyond during breakfast! I will recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/East Hartford to family and friends. "

"Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable except for the extremely loud hearing system. We were unable to turn it off which made sleeping a challenge for sure. Dinner was delicious but the service was lacking even with only a small handful of tables. We had a great time after dinner playing pool and our bartender Jeff was AMAZING! "

"The room was very spacious, with a separate downstairs master suite and upstairs loft bedroom/bath. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had and checked on us throughout our stay. Our only "complaint" was that the breakfast was either soggy or hars but they did have a wide selection. We would definitely stay again with our family. "
