"This hotel is quaint and charming. The staff are accommodating and polite. I booked the basic room without fully reading that it’s at the entrance of the hotel. Still a charming room but the noise from the street and sliding doors kept me up. They were able to upgrade me for a small fee. Both rooms were clean, comfy and had everything you’d need. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"If location is your thing this is the hotel for you, best location in Bruge for shopping and sightseeing, friendly staff, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast the only downside is that most of the rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities.
