"Overall shabby reeked of cigarette smoke smell and minimally clean bathroom - mold is unacceptable. Requested and got a room that did not smell. Housekeeping subpar - trash full, no towels, etc - after room was ‘cleaned’, room door left open."

"no valet staff to park cars and a 25/day charge to self park/ front desk did not inform about any "extras" that might be available and more importantly what was not. such as no coffee in the morning/ instead you had to go into the bar/dining facility and pay for a cup of coffee/ did not inform that after a certain hour the front door was locked and a key card was necessary. overall ok but not great communication"

"3 night stay on property We arrived on Friday night staffing was short and check- in was pretty simple except during the day they seem to be more aware. The room was clean as well as the hotel and good for the price near everything. Breakfast for $10 a person was definitely worth it if you get it on Expedia. Parking was not that great and it was $20 a night. Was a decent day with great amenities and convenient to the main attractions."

"The hotel was disgusted. It has not been updated in decades, wallpaper, hang off, taped up with tape plaster on the wall the rooms I would never step barefoot on the rugs stains on the rugs crayon markings all over the wall, black mold in the bathroom, the door of the room was stripped. "

"We felt very welcome and our needs attended to immediately. The breakfast is awesome and very well maintained. No one goes hungry as it can satisfy any appetite."

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so bring your own soap or maybe get more at the desk. There was a blow dryer however I didn’t use it to know if it was working or not.view isn’t that great, so don’t keep your hopes up. The top corner of the curtain in my room was ripped which made it look unpleasant . The hotel itself, could use some update and fresh paint on the walls would be great. However, there was nice artwork on the walls yet the overall look was old and something was missing. There was complementary coffee in the lobby which was a plus. Overall, I would’ve enjoyed it more if it looked more updated but it was fine for my needs because I just had to take care of work agenda. I would go back if the atmosphere is better and the lobby looks better. Overall, their room was fine. Please give my thanks to the staff."

"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Close to the Rockville town square that has tons of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. Also, the shower was strange. Just a partial glass wall with no door which meant water could splash out and I was freezing unless I was directly under the water. Kind of noisy being downtown with sirens, traffic and dogs. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!"

"This property is conveniently located and the rooms have been renovated. The rooms are very nice and quiet. There is a good restaurant in the lobby of the hotel."
