"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Due to a delay caused by WestJet, we arrived in Las Vegas at 2:00 p.m. the following day instead of our expected arrival time of 10:30 p.m. the night before. Despite the unexpected delay, the hotel staff kindly held our reservation for us, which was such a relief and meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for their understanding, patience, and outstanding customer service."

"Nothing unique. Property was kept up. Staff professional, friendly. American cafe restaurant not recommended, Poor quality for a hotel restaurant on the strip! Chicken tenders were not fresh. Frozen tenders that a child may enjoy. Smash burger was average at most."

"Clean rooms, place is getting old. Looks the same from the 10-15 years ago. What staff? Bartenders there are few and a few cocktails waitress. Pool was okay, soo cold. Food court okay. Tournament of Kings Show awesome. 10 out of 10. Dinner not so good. They could do better with the finger foods thats a 1 out of 10."
