"Our stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was overall a good experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
That said, there were a few things that were disappointing. The $150 per night security deposit is excessive, especially on top of the already expensive resort fee. The resort fee also felt much higher than it should be, and we didn't feel like we received enough value or amenities to justify the cost.
Another drawback is the location. While the hotel is gorgeous, it's on the north end of the Strip, which made it much farther from many of the attractions, restaurants, and casinos we wanted to visit. We ended up calling multiple Ubers throughout our stay, and each ride typically cost around $15–$20, which added up quickly.
Overall, Fontainebleau is a stunning hotel with excellent staff and immaculate accommodations. However, the high deposit, steep resort fee, and distance from the center of the Strip are important factors to consider before booking."
