"When I checked in my remote control didn’t work and it took multiple calls before they actually got the remote working for the tv. The next morning I woke up and the lights in the bathroom and over the sink didn’t work. I called again multiple times and no one came to fix it. I had to take a shower in the dark and after going downstairs to ask what was taking so long they say they never received a call from me. It took all day to get my lights working and when it was time to check out I ask for a reimbursement on my upgraded room and they said they didn’t have any records of my issues with my rooom and refused to compensate me for the problems I had in the “upgraded” room even though I took a video of the lights not working. They finally only reimbursed only 1 night of the resort fee. "
