"Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities. Staff overall attentive, food is good. Interconnecting room is very convenient for family of 5. "

The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton.
