We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "The rooms were clean, the staff were great, the location can't be beat if you are going to the thermal lake and walking around town. It also has a very nice bar for socializing over drinks. The only glitch for us was the included meals. We had a vegetarian with us and for her the food didn't hit the mark. However, for most people, the hotel should be a great place to stay."
