"We deeply regret to inform you that our Booking was not registered when we reached the Property and they neither acknowledged nor accepted the booking number and confirmation we showed them. In fact, the Receptionist was very rude and said that how could they take any bookings when they sold all the rooms long ago.
Consequently, we had to leave, feeling very embarrassed since they would neither yield nor show courtesy to hear us.
Moreover, the location is very pathetic and unhygienic with lot...
