"The property was nice. although the room was spacious and comfortable, we immediately noticed the hair of some other guest in the bathroom. Whenever I found a dirty hotel bathroom, the entire space becomes suspect. My first impression of the front desk receptionist was mediocre at best. Neither of the ladies were very welcoming. Not rude but definitely didn’t go out of their way to make me feel welcome. In fact, I stood there for what felt like 5 minutes with neither of them acknowledging me. One was on the phone and the other went about putting together what looked like gift bags. The breakfast was good and I really liked that there was a server verses everyone handling the serving spoons. Finally, the location was excellent !! The mall was just across the street and restaurants were near by."

"The staff was unbelievable, rooms were nice and clean. We needed a wheelchair for my mother in law who is disabled and the staff came thru providing one for our stay. Restaurants were great as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"The 24 hour shuttle is great. It gets you to and from the airport typically w/in 10-15 minutes when there isn't traffic. You can use the shuttle to access the train line via terminal 2. There is a shuttle tracker online that shows estimated wait times. Also, you can reserve in advance during peak times. Pool and exercise rooms were clean and the shared lobby area is comfortable. Free water in the lobby. Plenty of food options nearby that are within walking distance."

"Room I checked into had non-functioning balcony doors. The front desk was helpful and sent over an engineer who confirmed the doors didn’t open. They relocated me to another room with a closet that had a very strong odor and a vent in the bathroom that smelled like food. The phone probably hadn’t been wiped in forever - it had gunky crusted stuff in the creases. It’s an older hotel that feels tired. Thankfully I only had an overnight stay. The front desk was very helpful, but I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Had a hard time getting the shuttle from the airport. The night check in person was not very professional. Sunday breakfast was too late for me to enjoy before my flight. The floor got very loud about midnight and I was woken up."
