"Chose the hotel as it was close to the Mumbai airport we had a very early am flight to catch The room was ok, lobby very nice, bright, clean what made this location exceptional was the staff, one of the most attentive I have encountered in a large national chain Had dinner in the lobby restaurant last night which was very nice, the servers brought us a slice of cake inscribed with “ come back soon”. "Good clean hotel at a great location. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms are old and those which face the interior of the hotel, get zero natural light. Tub was slippery, had no anti slip mat/coating- if you are old, you may want to avoid a room with a bathtub here. They also refuse to let Uber eats/doordash/ outside food in. That’s a bummer. All things considered, it’s a good hotel but the stay can be a lot more pleasant if they fix a few things."
