"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "Great hotel.i beleive this is an older one and could use some updates. That does not take away from the fact that it is well maintained, clean with exceptional servicel Spread and variety is great for all 3 meals. We felt no need to explore outside dining options unless there is a craving for street food.. it is safe and accessible for UBER etc. All in all great option if you want to be closer to the airport."
