"Definitely a good place to stay, my 7 year old loved it.. Haven't used the breakfast and other amenities.."

"Located near the international airport, great property and restaurants, friendly staff and spacious room."

"Not a lot of choice or flexibility for eating options for an airport hotel when people are arriving at all times of day or night. Couldn’t access the lunch buffet because it was booked for a wedding."

"Excellent stay"

"The breakfast buffet staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs, the front deskwas also very helpful and the room was comfortable."

"Very basic and a tiny room"

"Our experience at MyOtel Santacruz was phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. The staff was warm, curteous, helpful and just plain nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Even the guardsmen at the gate were nice. Id go back there again and highly recommend it to my friends and family."

"時計が止まっている。備え付け歯ブラシの箱に開いた形跡がある。狭い。お湯出ない。送迎についての質問の返事が遅い。"

"Hotel location, staff, food, all excellent"
