"Excellent hotel, great value and distance to new extension of haram is about 10-15 min walk, but to walk to Mataf area is an additional 10-15 mins. Rooms are decent size and staff attentive. Breakfast is good and varied . Near to local shops and across the road from Bin Laden mosque. No gym, which is only disappointment. Great value and highly recommend. "

"The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us in every way and are the main reason why our stay was so positive. Even though our upgraded room had poor lighting (it was an internal room) and could have done with a refresh, the staff were so kind to give us a room upgrade in the first place. They allowed us to extend checkout time at a reduced discount. The hotel is also very honest, as when I lost my bank card and money everything was handed in to reception for me. "

"We were in Makkah for 5 days. Stay was really nice - we got a free upgrade to the room so that was good too. The only concerns were that we did not get room service for 3 nights and I had to remind the hotel that they need to send someone. The other major concern was that the shuttle to Haram was always very packed. My family would end up having to stand up in the shuttle. That experience took away a lot from the 10/10 rating for Voco. "
