"The staff were beyond helpful! We had the opportunity to meet two guys who were really nice and helpful. The only issue we had was with the room service. We had to ask for things several times and the room when it was cleaned it was done halfway. Not the entire room is cleaned and not all the things were replaced like the floor mat or hand washing soap. Two of the power outlets were broken. We would however like to extend our thanks to the male by the name of Islam. The staff at the breakfast buffet was beyond courteous."

The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone visiting Masjid Al‑Haram — the access is easy, and the location saves a lot of time and energy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful whenever I needed something.Breakfast had good variety, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth. Elevators can get busy during peak prayer times, so planning a few extra minutes helps.Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for Umrah. I would recommend it for travelers who want convenience and a calm environment."
