"Staff was good. The location was excellent. We had to pay $28/day for parking which was a disappointment and expensive. There was a cracked window in our room that was covered by a shade in the room. Front desk was unaware of it. AC was great, breakfast was good, the room was very clean."

"This is a great stay in the heart of Pittsburgh. We stayed after a Pirates game and the hotel is totally walkable to and from PNC Park. The staff is very professional and welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful and historic. I really enjoyed the coffee shop for the morning. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy."

"Beautiful hotel right on the water! Restaurant great and outdoor area. Our room was a handicap room on 4th floor with a living room and no one on one side of us right near elevator. So quiet and peaceful. Hot water great water pressure! So spacious and the VIEW!!! There were a lot of kids and so they were loud and messy. Also pets seem to be allowed so lots of dogs around- maybe the outside area. Everything was awesome. Get the hush puppies and fish tacos! Nice place to walk around. The gym has everything! So nice! Breakfast was great too!"
