"I stayed two different nights in two separate rooms and the one in the 'Birch Tower' had barely any hot water. The buffet was awesome! My son loved the crab! When I had to be ambulanced due to an allergic reaction, the security staff was amazingly helpful! "

"Western Village feels like a local hangout rather than a glitzy, expensive casino. The rooms are nice, not fancy. Non-smokers can enjoy non smoking halls and rooms. The staff is great. Friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent and plentiful. We’ve stayed there several times. "

"Our stay was amazing. We had the nicest room wed ever had. The room had the largest jet hot tub I'd ever seen. Even though the tub was amazing the jets wouldnt turn on. Although our stay was amazing there was a slight smell of sewage in various places throughout the Nugget"

"I just needed something safe for a night while traveling across the country. I was with a child and dog. I loved that the parking lot was well lit as I had a lot of luggage in the car. They had a designated dog area close to my room. The bed was comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the room smelled strongly of cleaner. I expect to cover up prior dog smell. However, I appreciated that I could bring my fur baby along though. I’d stay again if needed."
