"It is worth saying that my room was very clean and the bed was very very comfortable! The only thing a little confusing was where to check in, it's in a separate building inside the casino. The lady at the front desk was off shift after helping the person in front of me and I found it unprofessional and rude to just pretend I wasn't there. The other desk clerk came out, saw my face and told me her co-worker was now off shift. Would have been better customer service to have politely let me know and refer me to the other clerk instead of ignoring me.other than that it was good 👍"

"The hotel was great: clean, with welcoming staff, a fun casino, and no parking issues. What I didn't like was that my room was already paid for; when I arrived, I still had to pay fees. I got an upgrade for 19.00 a day, which was fine, but I was charged a 100.00 deposit and was looking at paying over 200.00. I asked for a receipt to be mailed to my email at checkout, and I still have not received it."

"I love this hotel overall, but the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. My family and I slept poorly and woke up with headaches. The bathrobes were also very wrinkled and looked as though they had been pulled straight from the dryer. A hotel of this caliber should provide comfortable pillows and neatly pressed bathrobes. Everything else was lovely."
