"Check-in staff was great. Beautiful and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Loved the sierra tower suite with 2 bathrooms! Came for a concert at the theater and had a great time staff and security were awesome! GSR is definitely the best casino and resort in Reno"

"The rooms look a bit dated, however they were impeccably clean and in good condition. The shower was amazing! Beds were very comfortable too. It's a non-smoking hotel, however guests don't seem to be respecting that requirement as it always had a significant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay for budget minded people. Clean rooms, good amenities and friendly staff members!"

"We went there for volleyball tournament, it was close to the tournament and it was a good choice for the girls. I wouldn’t suggest if you go without kids. I think the casino could be better and bad part is a lot of people are smoking all over the place"

"It's Harrah's a classic. Most the rooms have 2 full bathrooms which is nice. Fridays station was good. Pricey but great view. Always a fun stop. "
