Western Kansas hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Was woke up by a fire alarm that went off randomly then two calls from the front desk at 1:30 am. Then was supposed to be compensated for the room and wasn't. "

"Room was comfortable and clean, hotel was quiet, breakfast was pretty good & coffee was great. It was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay there again."

" 1)the heating / AC unit was TOO LOUD and we could not turn it off or down 2) the beds were too soft 3) there were lots of pillows, but all were low quality and lumpy"

"Equipped gym heated pool nice warm hot tub, showers great nice and hot beds are extremely comfortable. Only thing i can say is that theres one negative i experienced... no coffee maker in the room. So nothing big just a suggestion. 5***** service"

"The front desk was very accommodating when I asked for a different room so my husband wouldn’t have to walk very far from the elevator. She found us a perfect room for his needs. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Parking lot was nicely lit and outside property was very clean. I would recommend staying here."
