"Hallways were dirty, food and garbage scattered all over. Everything smelled of cigarettes or weed. Poorly made media center was tipping so the drawer would not close, my husband hit his shins on it on the way to the bathroom. Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "

"First room was horrible. The bed wasnt cleaned. I called and was given a better room. It was nice. Staff was nice. They have breakfast in the mornings. They are renovating rooms during the day. "
