Kristen, the desk clerk went above and beyond any other clerk I've met! She was an absolute doll and help! She helped us bring our luggage in. Kristen is a caring, compassionate and kind individual. She ROCKS! I was disappointed to walk into this hotel because our room was suppose to be on a main level. It was difficult for both of us going up and down 9 stairs. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned. "
