"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

However, after the booking was confirmed, I received a call from the property stating that the booking had been opened erroneously due to a system glitch and that the stay was not actually available. I was then advised that an alternate option would be provided.
