"Our experience was terrible. The property owner never contacted us to let us know that the property was unavailable, even though our reservation had been confirmed. After driving more than two hours to reach our destination, exhausted from the trip, we were met with the shocking news that there was no accommodation available for us.
As a result, we had to find and pay for a motel at the last minute just to have a place to sleep. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and wasted...
