"Well placed in the town square. The Irish lady on reception is an absolute star. Very helpful."

"The property itself was charming enough. Room was clean, and had nice in-room coffee offering. Check in process was unclear, and app wasn't intuitive. We finally figured it out (email comes exactly at 3pm and you check in a few more times on app then get a door unlock on app). Room was hot. No A/C and no fan"

"Well..... just by luck I selected a hotel which is in the best neighborhood in Oberhausen... What impressed me most was that it was quiet..... For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries.... The restuarant in the hotel was fantastic.... Nice people....great food..... The steak, literally, was like butter..... And my guests said their food was also delicious.... It's NOT Las Vegas..... Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful city, very nice neighborhood.... I had a great time...... "

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "
