"Clean room "

"The room was surprisingly clean expect for the random pink dots on the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom shower definitely had some mold or mildew. The elevator, the hallways were filthy. The hotel does have free parking but the lot is shared with the laundromat so it can get a little busy. Would not stay here again and would not recommend."

"Nice big room. Great location. Even had mimosas and cookies for Mother’s Day. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Area has plenty of coffee shops and bagel shops. Steps from Grand Central Station. Plenty of shopping close by."

But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. Would stay there again."

"The breakfast menu is continental and perfect! I could come up in my bathrobe and slippers and grab some fresh fruit. Make a waffle and go back to my room, Clif The chef helped me even make the waffle! He’s amazing and such an asset! And I love the spa, mainly I used the gym and loved the variety of equipment and they even supply water and fresh towels! I always stay here because all the amenities are there for you and they go to the extra mile! "
