"We only there one night but the staff was very helpful with information about restaurants. Room was clean . The only thing that was not great was the floor after you got a shower. The floor was very slippery. We did enjoy our stay and will recommend it to friends."

"All amenities closed: half the hotel closed off and Pinot and dirty. The staff very rude and consist of one person who does it all. Dirty stained linens at linen change. Just terrible and utility companies wanting to shut off water and gas. Gross!"

"The property itself was really starting to show its age. The lobby looked like it needed to be swept and mopped. My biggest concern was about the front desk. The staff that worked there appeared sloppy and inefficient. Their clothing was not nice or sharp, but untucked, sloppy, and a poor representation of the company. I wanted to get a receipt for our stay and they said I could get that online. I would really have preferred to have the receipt handed to me. For those of us who are older, getting onto the computer and finding things isn’t always easy. The free breakfast was pretty nice."
