West Youngstown hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Everything here is 110% Emmett runs a great Hotel and staff is wonderful on daylight shifts..nite shift staff is not so good He sleep in lobby watchingcTV when I called Front desk it took Him awhile to answer phone ????other guests children were screaming in hallway after 12am he said he was addressing issue ..but it continue 2 more times I was informed by daylight staff that Emmett was not going to allow them to stay at Hotel infuture🤔"

"The staff is great. The rooms are great , my wife was stuck in a snow storm and we had to rent rooms by the day and they helped her in every way, thank you"
