Great hotel, very close to the park. Well-maintained and renovated. Coffee pods in the room, a microwave, and a fridge were very handy. I liked the infused water and cookies in the lobby. Small touches that make a big difference for guests. No breakfast option, but all amenities are super close, and there is a fridge in the room.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Biggest issue was the paper thin walls - we could hear the people next door on either side talking. Also, no breakfast was provided at the hotel. Check in went smoothly as did check out.

The hotel's website says they serve breakfast daily. They do not. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The night staff was friendly. The beds are very firm, hard to get comfortable. But overall it's a good hotel.

Beautiful property - wonderful location - well maintained. There are no closets to hang your clothes. We had 2 rooms on our reservation and the hotel put them in 2 different levels which made things complicated - when I complained all I got was I am sorry.

First good luck calling the desk to ask questions before you get there and the 1800 customer service is AI and not helpful. We arrive at 3::35 pm and even though our room was ready they wanted $25 dollars to check in before 4 pm. Then after 6pm they were vacuuming hallways for some reason. Desk was not helpful at all. Also this was the first time I had a hotel charge a credit card for incidental coverage. Room was clean and they have an arcade. It is located close to everything but so is every other hotel in west Yellowstone.
