"We had a great weekend. The kids loved the water park and all the fun activities in the courtyard…s’mores etc. There should be better customer service. Miscommunication with the front desk. The outdoor pool is so nice but closes way too early. We had a long wait time for fresh linen then had to bag the soiled linen myself. Aside from that was a great time and we will definitely return. "

"Parking was not an issue. Room's were spacious and clean and beds comfortable. There was minimal towels in bathroom and the TV kept freezing up for a second or two at times. The pool towels, when available were very small. The handle on the pool stairs was very wobbly, and pool needs renovating. Otherwise, great location with walking distance to shopping and great food! Had a great relaxing time, will stay again!"

"I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to the registration/front desk team (Karen is a superstar) —they were incredibly kind, and professional. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. (I always miss not having a full length mirror… and perhaps keyless entry, and a bar onsite would be a plus..other than that 5 stars all around) I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Great location as well. Can’t wait to return!"

"Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides. "
