"Very cute boutique hotel! Great location, centrally located for walking. Cant wait to come when it’s hotter. VTA transit bus stop Right out front which was great and the rides are free. Hotel provided free coffee, tea, and water. No elevator so prepare to get your exercise. Lovely porch with lots of seats to sit on and read."

"Room was clean and quite comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast selection is very limited. The soundproofing is poor."

"The Bayside Resort hotel serviced its purpose in that is provided a place for us to stay for one night on the Cape. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch but we also went off season, so it may be a different vibe during the summer. The rooms could definitely use an update. The pros: Friendly staff Soft bedding Huge fire pit with lots of seating Pool hot tub were well maintained The cons: Room had a musty smell Sticky old rug in room (may have contributed to smell) The river view room that we upgraded to was basically looks out at parking lot (river is off in distance) Our reservation was supposed to come with two drinks as part of booking with Expedia but no one knew what that meant."

"The hotel was good, the pool areas are great. Dinning onsite was a disappointment. Maybe it was an early season issue, most items on the menu weren’t available, portions for the price were way off. despite being one of two tables service was slow. "

"Staff was very nice and this hotel is in the perfect location but the rooms were not very clean and not well maintained. Room had broken furniture, shower handle was broken and sharp, hair was in the broken tub drain, nothing extremely terrible but definitely off putting. Would try to stay here again with the hopes it’s cleaner and better maintained in the future"

"It’s a convenient location and the room is very spacious and clean. Our main issue is that one of the air conditioners, the one in the bedroom, did not work and when I asked at the front desk about it, I was told it just takes a while to come on. Well in a week it never came on. Also, the availability of the gym is inconvenient. We’d like to be able to get in with our room key at our own convenience. Otherwise, friendly staff, and we would probably stay here again. Also, a midweek clean of the room without being charged would be nice."
