""Great early check-in, but afternoon noise ruined our rest" The front desk was great and let us check in before noon, which we highly appreciated since we had an early morning flight, little sleep the night before, and arrived exhausted. The room was very clean, and when we requested cutlery, a staff member delivered it to our room immediately. However, our afternoon nap was cut short by a very loud noise right next to our wall. When I looked out the window, I saw a staff member storing linens in a nearby closet. I assume that every time he let go of the door, it slammed shut on its own, creating a loud bang. He only stopped after he noticed me at the window and realized the room was occupied. Aside from that disturbance, it was a good stay."

"Good location with beautiful waterfront views and walking areas. Easy access to cabs and sky train. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierges. Room were dated but clean. Upgraded to a larger room without issue when 3 rd party joined us. Pool and hottub area was amazing and fun. Downsides included 2.5 hour later check in time than expected, no vending machines at hotel or easy access to snacks or drinks later in evening, hotel bar/restaurant closed early (11pm) for a Friday night, and saw a mouse in the back part of restaurant one evening when eating there."

"Overnight stop, before returning to Vancouver Island. Comfortable spacious room, comfy bed, although the bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly. Paid $27.00 for buffet breakfast, with plenty of choice."

"I called for help to schedule an early check in 3 times all phone service reps unhelpful. Airport shuttle service great! Check in great. lovely customer service and able to check in early. Housekeeping noisy in afternoon and next day early in the morning while trying to sleep after long travels. Very slippery bathroom floors. Reported to front desk as dangerous. Amazing soft and comfortable king bed and pillows for a great sleep. Kept fan on high for white noise to keep out traffic and hallway sounds. No breakfast included. Denny’s near do not recommend! Starbucks affiliate in lobby in am with breakie basics. Chop restaurant. Great service! Great food! Great ambience! Highly recommend."
