"The room had a layer of dust over everything. We had a kitchen which was not supplied . We use a hand towel and wash rag to do dishes. There was no soap for the dishwasher. We had stated here before and it was great. Not this time. Also we were charged for 6 people which was correct but we were told that they were out of sheets and pillows for the pullout couch. We should get a refund."
