"Upon arrival the staff was very informative and friendly. We had a king size bed and sofa couch room, but upon arrival the Ac in our room was not working. We gave it some time then asked the front desk who sent the Hotel Engineer up to check it out. The air unit was going out, so he worked with the staff to get us I a new room. We ended up with 2 queen beds which was fine. In the second room the tv would t work but we didn’t plan to use it so it was fine. The Bistro for dinner was very good! My spouse had the Ribeye steak and it was soooo good! Overall our stay was very pleasant and the staff was wonderful. Also it was convenient to easily get to and from Sea World as well as several good restaurants."
