"We arrived on Tuesday but didn’t hear about getting maid service until Friday after I requested."

"Clean room and facility. Quiet area and comfortable beds. Staff was great and plenty of parking. Walking distance to several restaurants. "

"We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days. The room itself was very comfortable…we enjoyed the balcony with views of the greenery around. We had a wonderful lunch at the Springhouse Cafe one of the days. Since we were vegetarians we didn’t bother much with the other restaurants. But within 10-15 mins driving distance there were a few good options. I loved that all the staff badges show where they were from. I thought that was a great touch and allowed for warm conversations and made the interactions personable! Overall, it is an excellent property. It is a no-brainer to stay here especially if you have kids. We would gladly recommend this to anyone, amd would love to come back here!"

"No Free Breakfast "

"My room was ready before check in and check out was at 12. They have an indoor pool. Target and other shopping centers and restaurants were all near by. Laundry onsite now uses and app or accepts credit cards, so no need for quarters. "

"The staff that was there were all very friendly and helpful, but they definitely need more staffing in the food section of the hotel"

"Staff was good. Arrived during time when raining heavily and no one was at front door area to assist. Room was not in a presentable condition and the Room temperature could not adjust Room was cold. Restroom the hot water by the vanity never got hot. Made my stay unfavorable "
