"Defintely a place you stay if you are only needing a bed and shower. Not comfortable living for a place you wanna stay in. No TV or kitchen, smallest trash can available. It is recommend you only book if you're gunna eat out every meal."

"Booked here for the location right outside Zion. Everything exceeded my expectations. Nice suites with great views, good pool, excellent amenities on site with restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream shop and market. Super convienent location and staff were very helpful"

"Gorgeous, new, & clean property! Perfect room to Come back to after a long day of hiking. Favorite part was seeing deer on property! We even came across a tarantula in the parking lot that my young sons got a kick out of! Would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Zion. Only minus was the pool towels they provided were so small and hardly wrapped around my body. Loved the location and how close it was to everything!"

"Great location! 1 mile from entrance to Zion and perfect area for walking around the town for restaurants and coffee and ice cream. Rooms were clean and staff was great. Our backyard view looked at the trees and river so I liked it better then the pool side views. The deer were friendly and enjoyable to watch from back porch. The only issue was the ice maker and the laundry facilities nearest us were not in operation at the time, but there was an ice maker near the front that worked. Ice makers are very important when you plan on hiking all day and want ice for your containers!"

"We loved the location of the cabins, being next to virgin river, at the top end of springdale and able to walk into zion was perfect. Sitting iut on the porch watching the stars after having a bbq was a highlight to."
