"No elevator and the only room for us was on 2nd floor. My wife has a challenge with stairs. However, lovely suite. Wonderful lady who checked us in."

"Conveniently located off of I-5 and near the PDX airport & Cascade Station (with various shopping options and fast food restaurants). We find these rooms to be perfect for our family as it provides enough privacy when traveling with our teen. Plus, it gives us enough room to spread out our luggage and items during the day. This particular location had ample accessible parking at the front, and we found the hotel to be clean and nicely maintained (possibly recently remodeled). We didn't take advantage of the pool during our stay, but our late check-in was quick & stress-free. The breakfast is always a winner in our group as everyone find something to eat at the buffet (omelettes, pancakes, cereals, juices, etc). Actually, they ran out of juice during regular service hours, and we asked one of the staff members about it--she was friendly & promptly worked to replace the bag. Overall, we found the staff members to be warm and helpful throughout our short stay."

"Beautiful room. Very clean, they had classical music playing softly on a vintage radio when I came in the room and it smelled amazing. The bathtub was lovely but there wasn’t really any soap to use with it. I showered and once already inside realized there was no shower gel in the bottle but there was shampoo and conditioner. Front desk had a bit of a wait and seemed understaffed but the gent with the long brown hair who seemed to be running the desk was great."

"Nice clean room and excellent staff. It would have been nice if coffee was in the room. You had to ask for pods at the front desk. They did have free coffee in the lobby, but you had to be reasonably presentable to go down in the morning. Not always an option."

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the omelettes were delicious. Indoor pool was a little cold. Parking was a bit expensive at $17/day compared to other nearby properties that didn’t charge. Would consider staying again if priced similarly to nearby hotels."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a few questions during our stay, and they were always happy to assist us. We especially appreciated the opportunity for an early check-in. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"
