"This is the second time we booked at this hotel. (We are a family of 5) Very convenient, close to 16th St, we literally walked to the places we wanted to go. Super friendly staff, the bartender so nice. Breakfast was good, I wish they can add bacon as option as well. The guys from the valet parking were super nice as well, very respectful always telling us “good morning” “enjoy your day” “welcome back”"

"Upon checking in had an air conditioning issue in my room. Management immediately sent maintenance staff. We were quickly moved to a comparable room. Good morning coffee provided downstairs. Restaurant inside of hotel with a fairly limited but good menu. Restaurant had great design and furnished extremely well. Numerous televisions and also outside dining. Very good location. Coors field is about.5 miles away or approximately a $15 Uber. Major grocer across the street with inconspicuous design. When in Denver, I will stay there again."

"Upon arrival they tried to charge me an extra $118 over the price I booked at and there was no manager on the premises to address the issue. Same the following morning. Finally someone with authority showed up and agreed to honor their original rate. Everything looked recently painted and fresh, however there was gum stuck on my carpet. The carpet in my room needed vacuuming, but it was not terrible. Nothing in their website mentioned that they do not offer housekeeping. In three nights no one changed my sheets or offered clean towels. Breakfast supplies were not replenished. People coming in late were out of luck on some items. The location was convenient and the room served its purpose, but the rate issue and lack of management on the premises was concerning. I informed Expedia, who I booked through, about their lack of housekeeping so hopefully they will add it to their information. It could be a deciding factor in choosing a place to stay."

"Breakfast was terrible. Bagel was thin and grease soaked. They did not even offer a free cup of coffee in the morning. It had to come out of the $10 token given for breakfast. Lobby was often packed with people in the evening for special events so you couldn’t get a drink at the bar if you wanted one. The complementary ride was never available. You had to get a Lyft ride. The resort daily fee was charged but I never got to use it - just was charged extra money for hardly nothing but that $10 breakfast token. I’ve stayed here before but it was much better! The bathroom sink took very long to drain. My room was noisy. I was located near elevators and heard lots of clanging in the predawn hours."
