"room was dirty and stained like if someone had just checked out and they barely had time to tidy up . bed and pillows were extremely stained and sofa bed had a stained that looked like someone got stabbed lmao and room smelled musty . other room that we got moved to was a bit better but overall bad experience to begin my vacation"

"This property is a classic! It may be a little long in the tooth, but that’s part of the charm. My wife and I spend the night here once a year to celebrate an anniversary. We stay in the penthouse suite. Our favorite suite is the Pat Boone suite. We absolutely love it there! And the food is excellent!"

"Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests she was an employee. When she did come in from outside after I did wait the 5 minutes she was very nice and did check us in."

"The hotel was clean and looked like it had been updated recently but they did not update the plumbing. The toilet stuck when flushing, the water would NEVER get cold (something I require to wash my color treated hair) and the hotel is right next to the train tracks."
